The System Readiness Index is our internal scoring framework for evaluating whether a healthcare system — at country, region, or therapeutic-area level — can absorb a new therapy at launch without value erosion.
It scores nine dimensions across three pillars: clinical infrastructure (diagnosis, pathways, centres), commercial infrastructure (payer posture, HTA precedent, procurement), and societal infrastructure (policy, patient advocacy, public discourse).
Each dimension is rated on a 1–5 scale with explicit anchors, so scores stay comparable across markets and over time. The output is a readiness fingerprint: a fast read on where to invest pre-launch effort, and where launch will land regardless.
