Build your advocacy and funding decisions on evidence you can trace.
We map the disease evidence, the centres of expertise and the development activity around your condition. You see what is known, what is uncertain and who is working on what, in a form you can share with boards, partners and funders.
When your next step needs more than conviction
Patient organisations are asked to back research, advise developers, inform their community and allocate scarce funding. The claims behind those decisions often arrive already packaged, from programme documents, conference talks or partner proposals.
We help you see which of those claims the available evidence supports, where findings conflict or are incomplete, and what to investigate next before you commit your organisation's name or resources.
Three questions an engagement can answer
- 1
What does the published evidence actually say about the disease and current care?
- 2
Which programmes are in development, and at what stage?
- 3
Where do diagnosis and care pathways differ from what our community experiences?
What you could receive
- Source-linked disease evidence brief
- Landscape of centres, specialists and referral routes
- Overview of therapeutic and research activity
- Patient numbers and reach assumptions, with gaps made explicit
- Clearly labelled interpretation of what it means for your priorities
Proposed deliverables. The final set is agreed in scope for each engagement.
Evidence and expert interpretation, kept distinct
AI-assisted mapping covers publications, clinical trials, congresses, guidelines, registries and approvals. Every claim is linked to its source and date.
Interviews and surveys with clinicians and other stakeholders add the real-world view. We report these perspectives separately from the published evidence.
Our interpretation sets out what the findings could mean for your priorities, and is labelled as interpretation so your team can weigh it against its own view.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with patient organisations directly?
Yes. Engagements are scoped to the decision at hand, including smaller scopes such as a single evidence brief for one disease.
Will the work include patients' own experiences?
The published evidence and stakeholder interviews show how professionals see the disease. Where agreed in scope, surveys and interviews can add the views of your community. We always keep the two separate.
Is this a software platform we log into?
No. Systemix is an expert-led service. We deliver source-linked findings, registers and interpretation as agreed deliverables for each engagement, not a self-service tool.
